Idiom Technologies Taps Former Divine Executive As New Vice President Of Engineering

Asad Khan Brings Extensive Content Management Expertise, Will Lead Continued Development of Idiom Global Content Management Solution

Waltham, Massachusetts - March 10, 2003 - Idiom Technologies, Inc., the leading provider of global content management solutions, today announced the hiring of Asad Khan as its new vice president of engineering. Khan comes to Idiom from divine, Inc. and will assume full responsibility for development of the Idiom WorldServer global content management solution.

Khan arrives at Idiom at a time when the company is gaining significant traction in the marketplace with Idiom WorldServer, having recently announced major initiatives with both eBay and Motorola. Idiom WorldServer is a J2EE application that brings advanced content and globalization management to existing Web infrastructures.

"At a time when we are bringing together the worlds of globalization and content management in the enterprise, the addition of a proven leader such as Asad is an enormous asset," said Joe Fiorentino, president and CEO of Idiom Technologies. "As we continue to extend the globalization capabilities of WorldServer, Asad's expertise in the content management area will play a key role in increasing Idiom WorldServer's value to the enterprise."

Khan brings to Idiom a wealth of engineering experience, most recently serving as vice president of engineering at divine, where he led the development effort supporting divine's leading content management offering. Previously, Khan was at Eprise Corporation, where he served as a vice president of engineering, helping guide the company through its acquisition by divine in October 2001.

"The content management market is going through a significant period of change and the value proposition that Idiom has created presents a unique opportunity to lead an engineering team that is truly ahead of the curve," Khan said. "I'm confident that my experience will play a key role as we define the long term direction of the WorldServer product."
