Of Professional Services And Support


Industry Veteran Joins Idiom to Help Multinational Customers Streamline Globalization Efforts



Waltham, MA USA - April 20, 2004 - Globalization Management Systems (GMS) leader Idiom Technologies, Inc., today announced it has appointed Chip Correra as its new vice president of professional services and support. Reporting to Mark Cranney, Idiom's Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations, Correra joins Idiom to help the company's professional services organization work with customers to automate their globalization efforts, assure translation quality, and decrease their translation costs.

Correra comes to Idiom from Performaworks, (recently acquired by Workscape), where he guided several multi-million dollar customer engagements as vice president of professional services. Prior to Performaworks, Correra was a founder and vice president of Professional Services at Revenio, where he designed and built the consulting organization from the ground up. Correra is the former CEO and founder of The Clarity Group, a 100 person consulting company that served numerous clients including Microsoft, BankBoston, and StateStreet. Correra began his career as an engineer at Raytheon, and received a B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering and Electrical Engineering from University of Massachusetts
