Interwoven & Idiom Partner To Accelerate Global E-Business Initiatives

Extending TeamSite Functionality with WorldServer

Cambridge, MA. & Sunnyvale, CA - January 17, 2000 - Idiom, Inc., a premier provider of Web globalization solutions, and Interwoven, Inc. (NASDAQ: IWOV) a leading provider of content management software for the enterprise Web, today announced a partnership to promote their complementary solutions, WorldServer™ and TeamSite™ respectively. Additionally, the companies' development organizations will work closely to leverage the open architectures and, to further the integration of both products to enable customers to bring globalized Web sites into operation faster. The combination of WorldServer and TeamSite will allow Interwoven customers to rapidly scale their Web operations for conducting global e-business.
