Chip Gettinger has more than 20 years experience working with content management, authoring and publishing tools. He works closely with industry organizations, partners and customers leading the adoption of the Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA), an open source XML-based architecture used for dynamic production and publication of technical documentation. Gettinger is also a member of the international consortium Organization for the Advancement of Structured Information Standards (OASIS).

Frank Miller is a senior consultant with Comtech Services, Inc. He has more than 10 years experience in publishing and currently manages and implements enterprise content management solutions. He also instructs Comtech's series of DITA workshops.

Bill Rabkin is a senior globalization evangelist with Idiom Technologies, Inc. He promotes the widespread use of XML and DITA-based publishing solutions to technical documentation organizations throughout the world. He is an author and frequent speaker at industry conferences.
