Jeff will oversee all sales, marketing, business development and professional services activities, and Vincent is responsible for the design, development and evolution of the company's software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions.

Jeff has spent the past decade working alongside CEOs to develop and implement growth strategies and build world-class customer experiences. Most recently, Jeff played a prominent role in the transformation of GSI Commerce, launching the company's international business, developing its corporate strategy and negotiating key strategic partnerships. Prior to GSI, he was an associate principal at McKinsey & Company where he co-led the New England Venture Capital and New Economy Practice. Jeff graduated summa cum laude from Harvard College and subsequently received a doctorate in applied mathematics from Harvard University and a medical degree from Harvard Medical School.
Vincent joins Idiom from Books24X7.com, where as chief architect he helped transform the company from a traditional e-book business into one of the first on-demand services on the Web. Building on this experience, Vincent will help Idiom ensure WorldServer On-Demand continues to offer the scalability, reliability and flexibility businesses need to respond quickly to new revenue opportunities in the marketplace as they grow and globalize. In addition to his experience launching pioneering SaaS solutions, Vincent brings 20 years of corporate software and engineering experience, including senior positions at Waters Corporation and ADE Corporation. Vincent holds a master's degree in physics from l'Université du Québec - INRS and a bachelor's degree in engineering physics from the University of British Columbia.
