Idiom Appoints Joe Fiorentino To Lead Worldwide Sales And Services Operations

Enterprise Software Veteran to Steer Expansion for Leading Content Globalization Provider

Waltham, MA - February 4, 2002 - Idiom Technologies, Inc., the leading provider of enterprise content globalization solutions, today announced the appointment of Joseph Fiorentino as vice president of worldwide sales and services. Fiorentino brings more than 20 years of experience managing field organizations in the enterprise software market. He will be responsible for the overall success of Idiom's global sales and services organization.

"Joe has an excellent track record of delivering superior sales results, providing organizational leadership, and exploiting new markets," said Fred Lizza, president and CEO at Idiom. "These accomplishments will prove essential to Idiom's continued leadership as the market for globalization solutions expands. Joe's experience speaks for itself, and his aggressive approach will complement our talented sales and services teams."

Fiorentino joins Idiom from Eprise (now a part of Divine, Inc.), a leading provider of content management solutions, where he served as vice president of worldwide sales. During his tenure, Eprise infrastructure software was chosen and deployed in more than 150 global accounts, which established the basis for the company's successful initial public offering (IPO) in March 2000. Fiorentino played an integral part in building the sustainable revenue stream required for the IPO.

Prior to Eprise, he served as vice president of sales at American Internet, a manufacturer of Internet enterprise software, which was acquired by Cisco Systems. Fiorentino also has held various executive sales management positions at OrderTrust, FTP Software and SunSoft/Sun Microsystems.

"My experience in the content management industry convinced me that globalization is an imperative for multinational companies and that content management systems alone can't provide cost effective and far reaching globalization solutions," said Fiorentino. "Idiom's world-class technology gives companies the edge they need to increase revenues and market share, strengthen global brands, and enhance customer loyalty. With three times as many active accounts as the nearest competitor, Idiom has a strong lead in the market and is poised for even greater success in the coming year."
